Everyone’s got a story, right?  Mo’s deal is that she’s been moving all the time since early on….:)  Growing up the youngest of seven children, she was always trying to catch up to her siblings!  An avid runner and cyclist, she turned to Pilates after an injury in 2008.


“I love all types of cardio: running, biking, swimming but CORE conditioning will keep you strong to function and stay healthy as we grow older." CORE strengthening makes you stronger, faster & better in everything you do!

“In the past ten years, I have been STOTT Pilates trained in MAT, Reformer, Injuries and Special Precautions, as well as numerous Workshops, most recently a course on Fascia with Anatomy Trains…. I continued to “learn the ropes” of TRX, the BootyBarre exercise method, RIPPED and Spinning, and became certified for AFAA Group Exercise and Personal Training.  I also just became certified in Kickbox for Life…a high energy group class that gives you the cardio and strength combination in a safe, easy and fun way.  “Whatever workout you choose~have some fun with it! Challenge yourself and learn new moves or ways of moving your body you didn't think you could do!”  Moira is also studying with Precision Nutrition to become one of their health coaches, so she can work with you to create an at-home workout program and nutrition plan.

Moira is a busy Mom to four children, ages 13,16,18 & 20.  Parenting allows her the compassión and understanding to encourage and support clients the right way.  “I understand when people carve out an hour out of their schedule to exercise, they want to relax, enjoy and have fun!”  Mo believes to always look ahead, and stay focused with daily, weekly and monthly goals.  Whether you want to stay fit, lose weight or simply increase your CORE conditoning, Moira can help…..   Call her to soak up that one-on-one attention that so many of us deserve – Mo’s positive energy and enthusiasm are contagious!
