Moira has been teaching fitness classes on the North Shore since 2008. “In the past ten years, I have been STOTT Pilates trained in MAT, Reformer, Injuries and Special Precautions, as well as numerous Workshops. I continued to “learn the ropes” of TRX, the BootyBarre exercise method, RIPPED and Spinning, and became certified for AFAA Group Exercise and Personal Training. I also just became certified in Kickbox for Life…a high energy group class that gives you the cardio and strength combination in a safe, easy and fun way.
