Moira has been teaching fitness classes on the North Shore since 2008. “In the past ten years, I have been STOTT Pilates trained in MAT, Reformer, Injuries and Special Precautions, as well as numerous Workshops. I continued to “learn the ropes” of TRX, the BootyBarre exercise method, RIPPED and Spinning, and became certified for AFAA Group Exercise and Personal Training.  I also just became certified in Kickbox for Life…a high energy group class that gives you the cardio and strength combination in a safe, easy and fun way.

Renovations are finished at the Moira's Fitness Studio! A ballet barre and official TRX straps are installed and two new SPX Max Reformers have been delivered. Come see for yourself what a private, quiet space can do for you…. Relax and enjoy your workouts~you deserve it!  Soak up the positive energy and take it with you.

Saturdays @ 8am & 9am:  Semi-private training sessions $25 per session

Weekday mornings: Mondays & Fridays @ 7:30am, 8:30am & 9:30am & 10:45am, Tuesdays @ 9:30am & 10:45am.  Semi-private training sessions $25 per session

Weeknights: Wednesdays @ 5:30pm & 6:30pm

Privates $75 per session, Duets (2 people) $50 per person, per session
